General Information & Getting Started
To view orders, sign in to TheGiftCardShop.com with your user ID and password, and view past orders under My Account. You can also go to Track Order and use your Email Address and Order Number.
Yes, The Gift Card Shop sells Gift Cards for email delivery. Please select ‘email’ as a delivery type on your choice of card and follow steps to purchase. Once you have purchased, your email Gift Card can be accessed through the corresponding Retailer Virtual Account. Please see Cardholder Agreement for details.
Payment
You can purchase Gift Cards using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover credit/debit cards. You can also purchase Gift Cards online with PayPal or Apple Pay (on supported devices) at checkout. Additionally, you can use your The Gift Card Shop Gift Card. Regardless of payment method, the billing address must be in the United States.
Usage
For all eGift cards, click on the View and Print this Card button in the email confirmation. Once you are logged into your account, you’ll be able to see the account number and other card details.
To redeem your MOD Pizza eGiftCard in a MOD Pizza restaurant in the U.S.: Show the barcode on your web-enabled mobile phone to the cashier when checking out. The MOD Pizza Squad Member will scan the barcode and enter the Access Number. (Please note that data rates may apply). Alternatively, print this eGiftCard. At checkout, the cashier will scan the barcode and enter the Access Number.
To redeem your MOD Pizza eGiftCard at modpizza.com or in-app: Enter your MOD Pizza eGiftCard number and access number when checking out. Your eGiftCard will be automatically applied.
American Express, Visa and Mastercard Gift Cards and eGift Cards purchased on TheGiftCardShop.com can be added to a digital wallet for in-store use.
- Open the Wallet/App on your device.
- Follow the on-screen instructions, including entering your card number manually or taking a picture of your plastic card.
No, we cannot transfer your funds onto a physical gift card.
Shipping & Delivery
If the recipient did not receive the eGift Card email, you can resend the email by going to The Gift Card Shop website. Click Track Order and either log in or enter your email address used to order. Click My Orders under My Account. Once you’ve located the purchase, you can resend the email.
If you and/or the recipient have not received your eGift and you need to resend or change the email address, please click on the Change/Resend email link in your email titled Your Order Is On Its Way.
Cancel Order
In the interest of processing your order as quickly as possible, once your order has been submitted there is no way to return or cancel the order. We highly encourage you to review your cart and checkout details before checking out.

Security & Fees
Most Brand Gift Cards do not have fees.
If you know your order number, you can visit the Track Order page to pull up your order and print your invoice. Please contact The Gift Card Shop customer service for assistance at 1-833-942-7467 to obtain another order confirmation email if you do not know your order number.
Some Gift Card retailers require a brief waiting period before funds are available in order to prevent fraud and ensure your funds are fully and safely loaded. Funds are typically available within twenty-four (24) hours. Please contact your Gift Card retailer for assistance if your funds are not available within twenty-four (24) hours.
